By agreeing you acknowledge that we may revoke your License at any time given with no refunds. If your license is revoked, you may ask staff for the reason of removal and request your License back. However, we do not guarantee restoration of the License.

1. Asset Usage & Permission

DO NOT share any internal assets, like Code & UI, to 3rd parties or anyone generally. You also may not use our assets for your own games without written permission from COO/CEO. Sharing the PluginWIP is also not allowed. Permission is only needed for INTERNAL assets, you may use the Admin Panel without any permission.

2. Bypassing Obfuscation

Modifying obfuscated Scripts like Manager for the purpose of bypassing verification is strictly forbidden and any attempt of doing so will result in instant termination of your License. If you find a security issue (i.e. a way to bypass verification), you may responsibly disclose it by joining our server and creating a #support ticket. Attempts at responsible disclosure will not result in revocation of the license, as long as you follow our Responsible Disclosure policy.

3. Refunds

We do not currently offer any refunds. If you have purchased Orbit and do not want it anymore, we unfortunately cannot help you. However, you may transfer your License to a different user in accordance with our Product Transfers policy.

4. Redistribution

Redistribution of Orbit’s Assets, like PluginWIP and UI, is not allowed, and trying to do so will lead to your License being revoked.

5. Asking Buyers for Assets

Asking buyers who have Orbit for giving them the file, will result in a instant permanent ban. If a buyer agrees to do so, they break Rule 4, leading to their License being revoked.
